You just moved it the middle but still it’s the rising sun

There’s four stripes on the top and bottom versus five on the top and bottom, it’s blue, the stripes are differently proportional, the “sun” is smaller and in the center.

The reason why the UUSR victory flag is the rising sun is because that we fight until the last minute, the last bullet, the last man. Also, the blue and white is also as powerful as the red, pink and green because the blue represents the battles fought at hand and the white represents the closure and victory.
