How do you ban them actually? I blocked em but that’s it

two ways:
1. when you click delete on someones comment you can attach a comment ban
2. Go into stream settings and find "ban list" or whatever its called. click on it then type the username of the person you want to ban into the box where you can type. then select the duration and type (comment or post) and click ban!
