My computer having daily meltdowns after running minecraft with simple graphics and 4 chunk render distance on a superflat world for 3 seconds

yeah so basically minecraft is HORRIBLY optimized
like its calculating the whole rendered area actually which tanks your fps even on a beefy pc, even on an old version

does it do it to the point where the entire system crashes though bc you only have 3.5 GB of total RAM?

im saving tho eventually imma get like a 700 dollar laptop
mine has 3.5 gb ram too

yeah. I have another one but i can't use it till next week bc i'm taking care of my grandparents
