(Now I Know this is OP as Fliperoni and Cheese BUT I didn't make this pokemo-well I should rephrase that, I Just Drew this Pokemon, but everything else here was decided by my classmates. The Pokemon, the new type, the stats (Minus Speed uh they said 400...and i'm not making this thing faster then Two Regeleki's), abilites, and all of that were picked by them.Also dex later because I forgot to ask them what they wanted for it's dex)
