Ceramic or something. i heated some cheese from the fridge for 30 seconds but it wasnt hot enough so i did it again and it blew off. no mess somehow.

If ceramic is cracked it has a chance to explode when heat is applied

it must've had a small crack somewhere and after being in the fridge and rapidly expanding it detonated
