NATO has declared them enemies of peace(it’s a while back but they did authorize kos on all Wheatley members, so I assume they have no legal precedent given the circumstances)
Plus with all of their crimes, war, sabotage, death and genocides(SEVERAL…), yeah it’s not looking hot for wheatley

Considering they were able to have their second case with Lego Cop, they're not getting their fourth amendment rights taken away just yet
