She has like 4 or 5 brace that decreases at the end of each round, when her brace runs out her heart immediately fails

Sometimes I get to Queen Hippo with a not-so-good early build and I just barely manage to survive until her heart gives out

Yes, I have. I think there's another mod that adds unused enemies, then another that I think adds The Grotto and some burning location, then there's one for the End is Nigh that adds enemies.
