Very High Hp: Good for Tanking hits and last longer
Low Atk: Since its a special atacker this means it will use that stat instead and low atack means things like Foul Play, Strength Sap, and Confusion.
Great Physical Wall: Can Tank heavy hitting moves like Thunder, Stone Edge, and Earhtquake
Good Sp.Atk: Makes use of moves like Flamethower, and Hydro Pump
Great Special Defense: Can Tank moves like Earth Power, Thunderbolt, and Meteor Beam/Ancient Power (Rock has no good special moves)
Very Low Speed: means its good in trick room which reverses the speed order and some moves require the user to move last like Mirror Coat or Counter not good outside of competitive tho
