my parents do care but tbh there's a lot of things they cant protect kids from, like rape and murder and trauma.

yep sad thing my mother did a amazing job protecting me from my abusive father but sadly she couldn't spare me from the permanent scarring to my mental state and people now ask if i'm mentally ok
