Trying to navigate my feelings about both Christanity & current politics in America is exhausting. When our President creates policies out of thin air because no one had the backbone to stand up to him or do what is right.
It's understandable that some of us would find ourselves being unhappy with it. I'm not saying that Biden/Harris did was right either.
It's never right for Presidents to unilaterally tell citizens how they have to live their lives. We all have the power to protect ourselves from hate speach. It's called mute, and it used to be understood by all that "Sticks and Stones can break your bones but names can never hurt you. But then Donald Trump weaponized that whole thing. When Donald Trump does it, he moves the whole world with is hate speech. At any rate, you have to admit, Donald Trump started this war. The one in Iran and the one here at home.
In fact, It would be my guess that he's started more than he's settled, if any. All are debatable.
