I take pretty good care of my teeth and gums...

or, you could be like me and have underlying kidney or liver issues, be anemic,or be epileptic without seizures which also causes random metallic tastes in your mouth(of you get headaches often,bc that could be part of it as well)

your gums might just be a bit irritated from what you've eaten
