For the burger go to the park thing and go to that weird ass teal bus

For the flower go to the police station building, go to the upper floors using the stairs, and try to search for the weird ass bitch wearing an apron and give it to her and she'll turn it into a bit

Yw. Also once you get the exclamation mark echo you can call bits from behind objects and then once they get out of hiding you call them with the heart echo

When you need to get rid of the bits you just head to the weird phone booth thing
