python is ASS for making games man i hate pygame so much it just sucks

pygame is a LOT closer to an actual graphics library than f**kin HTML AND JAVASCRIPT

someone made a simplified version of OpenGL for C called Raylib and it operates very similarly to pygame and i used it a bunch

python also just sucks to work with more due to the formatting.
and the fact i refuse to use anything except idle 😇

yeah python definitely isnt ideal for anything except for data science stuff

my robotics team uses it for all the software

its good for big teams cus it forces you to be neat which is nice and easier for people who are new to a project

yeah its got built in format enforcement and the syntax is easier to read than the only other viable alternative for robotics which is java

we considered switching to java and we did a whole thing where we reprogrammed one of our robots in java in the span of like 2 or so weeks to see if it was better and easier than python but it wasnt so we just stuck with it

whichever language is the best for what youre doing

i tried to make msmgsite using Python with django but honestly it just isnt worth the time compared to just using php and js with apache

yeah it was the first language i got into because it can give you actual immediate visual results instead of just like numbers in a console

start with the turtle library or smn and then move up to pygame if u want
