You can’t purchase it. You have to be know a lot about GD and Imgflip, and you have to post here for a while. And yes you could change the NSFW status on a meme like that, but you would probably lose your mod status if you did that. Also, you can press the reply button on someone’s comment to put a comment on that persons comment so that the owner of the comment gets a notification, and they know that you replied to their comment.
