LONG EXPLANATION:
vess.CLI is the ability that vess is able to create a sort of dummy for a maximum of 30 minutes. the cooldown for which is double to time the dummy was out, with a minimum of 10 minutes. not necessarily cloning, but not too far off from it. vess' dummies cannot typically speak, and are usually imperfect, having differences in color, saturation, whatever. this CLI is not a literal manifestation, and is moreso a mental perception of how vess chooses to see their ability. in reality, it's just them thinking really hard about making a duplicate, but they choose to see an admin panel because idk
HOWEVER
what if vess' dummy was REALLY messed up? like, closer to sentient fetus messed up? well, that's what the purple thing behind it is. goopy, purple, and only able to communicate through the vess.CLI interface, [which, to reiterate, is non-literal] this double is obsessed with pleasing what it sees as it's master, its creator even.
