We've all seen that one corny motherfuсking bastard. Weird guy, interested in at least one of the big 5 fandoms: One Piece, Sonic, Mario, Pokémon, and Dragon Ball Z (with some exceptions). You'll never see them without their Chromebook, they talk a little bit too much, and they will always get the chance to laugh at their own jokes, knowing DAMN well nobody else is laughing with them.
