certainly wouldn't have to worry abt talking bushes. they say war never changes, but pretty soon the Army is gonna be useless. Slowly, more and more boots come off the ground, replaces by drones that carry no life. No casualties if it's shot down.
Armies and infantries are still hella useful/utilized in full scale war, the US just doesnt see full scale war often. Id imagine it wouldn’t be practical in jungle warfare though, but they’d probably napalm strike the areas suspected to harbor enemies
