Her lore is a lot so I'll try to summarize it up for you:

Anchor is a Demon Siren, at first, she was a normal Siren, she grew up with a good childhood, she had a shark husband as a adult, he suddenly died due to heart complications, she was so heartbroken over his death, it sent her down a spiral of depression, eventually, she took her own life. Anchor woke up in Hell, she tried to find her husband, but he was on the other side, realizing this, she came to terms of his outcome, and decided to try and move on, she went to Satan, who, suprisingly, gave her a second chance (a lot of the people Sirens hunt get sent down there), so she became a demon, she's tried to live her normal life since, while she defineitly has days of sadess over missing her husband, she's glad that he's at peace, he even visits her in her dreams.
(Also Anchor lives in the Deep Dark Sea, the lowest point in the sea a Siren can go to.)
