warden, no contest. the warden has a ranged attack and could kill the creeper before it even sees the warden.

AND the warden could tank the charged creeper blast.

If they're out in the open, wither. wither has ranged attacks, can just stay away from iron golem. If in an enclosed space, i think the iron golem would in.
