if we all just ate plants (or 90% plants, for a start) world hunger would be way less of a thing, and only 1/10 (yes 1/10) of the energy used to keep 1 single cow alive is transferred to us. And only 1/10 of the plant's energy goes to the cow! we get very little energy from eating meat! we could still have complete meals from eating plants, as there are many protein-rich plants!
