Never heard of that Nick Shirley. I was talking about the Nick Shirley who exposed widespread fraud in Minnesota's government-funded childcare subsidy programs, particularly involving facilities linked to the Somali community in Minneapolis.
How could he gain access to little kids in a daycare if the daycare isn't real to begin with? I wouldn't want my tax dollars going to a fake daycare, not sure why you would either.
