I’m not a Dr. But if you pump arms full of oil or anything, it might put pressure on arteries and constrict them I guess. Cholesterol builds up inside arteries causing blockages, cholesterol is solid fats. Oil is a liquid fat. But it’s (hopefully) outside the arteries. Perhaps try a google scholar search on “can synthol restrict blood flow/circulation?”
As a general rule, .com isn’t as reliable as .edu or .gov
In this case, some of the .com addresses are probably companies trying to sell the synthol.
I’d never heard of synthol before, but if it’s a growing trend and has negative health consequences, there are probably scientists studying the effects.
The USA has the Food and Drug Authority (FDA). Australia has the Therpeutic Goods Administration (TGA). These bodies approve medications including supplements, and they publish reliable information. Synthol would be considered an alternative treatment (just like Botox I guess). Botox had to be approved for use. Fun fact: Botox was originally developed as a treatment for some cerebral palsy types. Then it was adopted for vanity treatments.
Italy, or Europe, would have an equivalent to the FDA and TGA. Just google “how are medications approved in Italy?” Obviously synthol is not approved, but why? If it’s killing or harming people, that’s a good reason. But HOW is it harming people?
