Random Stick Ranger Class Ideas (will likely make more sense to anyone who’s actually played it) | Kickboxer — Similar to the original Boxer class, however slightly more sophisticated. Name is self-explanatory — less AGI (agility) than boxer, but higher damage and range is slightly better. As a result of further training, the Kickboxer class’s attacks have a chance to stun enemies temporarily and increase other damage done to enemies, which can be enhanced with Compo cards unique to the class. Escapee — uses their shackles as their main weapon. Short range but great physical damage — class-specific Compo items can increase shackle length (range). As an ex-prisoner, Escapees have high physical DEF (defense), and some weak magic defense. Both can be enhanced by upgrading DEX (dexterity) and STR (strength). At 30 of both stats, the Escapee’s shackles break into two, and they can then attack faster but at the cost of some range. Crystallizer — high elemental damage and medium range. Uses ranged crystals as main attacks. Crystal weapons can break apart, splitting upon hitting enemies. This ‘shatter’ mechanic can be enhanced with Compo cards, including the amount of subsequent projectiles and the percentage of damage kept per split (default damage maintenance is 20% for splitted projectiles); Tech Master — Uses wrist-mounted lasers as the main weapon. High range and decent damage, but cannot attack at point-blank range unless using certain weapons that are meant for it.
