answer to the puzzle

How to solve: decode the description and go to the link. Type in the word hate into the search bar. which you could find by narrowly looking at the picture to see the hidden sentence: "hate everything". read the placements of all of the levels that appear and you'll find that the answer is 166564581658776

If i gotta be honest i just looked at it again and i couldn't find which type you're supposed to use as the decoder none would work so...... promise to make a better puzzle next time.
