Nope vaping was made for smokers and a doctor can actually prescribe u with a vape if u have a heavy smoking problem, vaping was made to help smokers quit and is up to 90x more healthier then smoking - I vape cuz I struggle with self harm and it's like a coping mechanism

its like the first thing you learn in health class
how vaping and smoking is bad for you.
even if you dont quit, i reccomend looking up all the negative effects and why its bad.
