since hes like my newest character and i didn’t really elaborate on what he does
basicslly he has an implant in his palms that let him steal anyone’s powers thru touch, and then discard them whenever. he is also a speedster via the implant in his spine (no it’s not a sandevistan trust me) and has dozens of followers (henchmen) that aid him in pulling off heists for tech to make himself even more powerful.
