I’ve never played brawl, can someone fill me in on what separates brawl meta knight from smash?

Brawl Meta Knight is often considered the most broken character in Smash history. He is fundamentally different from Smash 4 or Ultimate Meta Knight because he had zero exploitable weaknesses and controlled every aspect of the game's meta. While later versions are high-risk/high-reward or specialized combo characters, Brawl Meta Knight was a "god tier" character who was arguably better off-stage than on-stage.
