Hes an xman called forgetmenot, his entire ability is that once you look away you have no memory of him at all, not the memory of him being there, not of him existing, or of any possible thing involving him. This ability works on cameras, machienes, flesh, psychics, anything whatsoever, and he just doesnt exist to blind eyes, so if he just had a railgun from the ultrakill universe then v1 would see him, need to look away at some point during dodging the rail gun or other gun, forget what hes doing, then he is vaporized by a guy with the lamest xman power with normal human strength, speed, reflexes, and intelligence
