So axil can shapeshifter, but instead of just changing appearance he he changes his whole body down to the cells that make up his body, and his cells are actually in a constant state of mitosis where every second they divide into 2 more cells and if no changes happened they merge back into the origanal cell, but you might be asking, “wouldn’t half of axil cells be cancerous?” Well no because axils cells destroy and absorbe the cancerous cell and a new cell takes its place, and axil can also divide into more axils by exelerating the mitosis process, but if he makes his cells do mitosis faster than 1 clone per god knows how many cell divisions, 5 clones per god knows how many cell divisions it will cause him pain for unexplained reason because idk what part of that process gives him pain and also the faster he duplicates the more pain he gets, and there’s actually a few types of axil clones there are the normies, which is the normal clones (no shit), then there’s the cancers which are axil clones made up of cancerous cells and kind of dangerous, then there’s the husks, they don’t look alive and deadly, but oh boy your gonna be seeing your ancestors quicker then you can say axil, cuz husks actually duplicate non stop trying to make a functional clone, so if your stuck in a room with a husk your deader then a dead person, anyways end of yap sesh
