Nevermind, according to DoDI 1300.28, the military could pay for these things, as well as let Trans members serve, however, this was countered in 2025 by President Donald J. Trump, with EO 14183, effectively revised their policies to exclude individuals whose gender identity differs from their sex assigned at birth from military service.
