Then you can buy one. They're usually not ridiculously expensive, so don't worry about spending all of your money.

If your old PC has a USB port, you can plug the empty USB drive into that port. Idk how to explain this, but there should be something on your laptop that allows you to transfer data into the USB drive. And when you believe your USB drive contains everything you need, you can unplug it. Then when you get the new PC, you can plug that USB drive into its USB port and put your game into the new PC.

I do see some USB ports. I usually use them for a keyboard and a mouse.
