old temp

i requested a meeting with my school counselor so i could tell her everything but now im regretting it. theres an option on the form that says "is this life threatening" and i chose yes cuz it is, but now i dont want to tell her anything bcuz they're legally required to send me back to the mental hospital. i thought about that when filling out the form but i was like "idc atp" but now i do care. if i dont tell her everything then she'll think i lied on the form n stuff
