yes! almost all of my ocs are from a universe that was made up by me called 300playerserver (i know its name is weird but it was based off minecraft and we havent actually gotten to 300 characters) if your not able to beat a wither in at max an hour then you are going to die yesterday

half of the OCS in the entire understream would be wiped.
this would discourage the creation of MORE OCS and even USING an oc, overpowered or not.
and the pages on the wiki that people put their heart and soul into would be erased.

Decent idea, I find no point in OCs with no reasonable weakness just for shits and giggles, but apparently the masses have spoken. Also it would wipe out a lot of ocs *cough cough Ying cough cough* but some people do need to learn how to write a decent OC that isn't just all powerful will kill you.
