What it does: This move hits for 40 damage for each member in the party (this includes itself) and has a 5% chance to omni boost. If the user faints before it can attack or dies due to recoil its Stats are passed to the next party member however this includes stat debuffs as well such as -2 Def and effects like paralysis and sleep
Dex Entry: Hyper Mega Leafeon has grown immense foliage and has reverted to its ancestral state from the past drawing on walls. It now has sharp horns and thick stone armor plates on its spine, paws and back that weigh relatively 20 pounds just for the spike on its back, 40 pounds for the paws and for the back a estimated 180 tons!!! Dispite all this Hyper Mega Leafeon speed stat only drops by 20!!! This has lead to construction workers specifically owning Leafeon to help out build buildings and destroy old ones by ramming into them with enough force for even 60 story buildings to fall like their twigs as their body is now basically impenetrable and is now fire resistant thanks to their new Rock typing.
