He defended a woman getting beaten down by an ICE agent. The gun that he owned legally was holstered. They took it from his back and shot him 12 times!
Incorrect. Watch the video. ICE was pursuing a suspect. He blocked them. Another lady tried to interfere. She was stopped and pushed back. He then assaulted the ICE agent and was put to the ground. In the struggle one officer removed Pretti’s gun. The other officer was unaware. Pretti was unaware and reached for the gun. Pretti was shot as he tried for his gun that both he and the officer believed was there.
Pretti had already caused trouble the week prior. This time he came back armed with extra clips to cause even more trouble.
When legally stopped he was required to calmly inform officers he was armed. He failed to do so and his stupidity alone resulted in his unfortunate death.
He came with a weapon to defend himslef and he never once reached for his gun from what iv'e seen, and even if he did it clearly would have been in self defenc because he senced they were about to draw a gun on him. HE WAS A FCUKING ICU NURCE!
