No, not windmill bearings under mechanical bearings, use windmill bearings instead of mechanical bearings and then glue wool to the top so that it spins

Since they're farms, they don't have to go fast

You can also get it up to max speed if you want and then connect it up to your main system with a clutch so that if you run out of power, then you can just turn the clutch on and it will disconnect the windmill to power
