7 pixels is one foot in undertale… thus applying this rule of thumb, Mask is 2 feet tall and a few inches because the size of his normal sprite when added to Undyne means that two pixels of Mask is one normal pixel. Thus 32 divided by 2 is 16, which in turn 7x2 is 14 pixels = 2 feet tall
Fish with his hat is ~2-3 feet tall
