It's kinda like ancap but instead of companies you have these things called "syndicates" which are basically kinda companies but they kinda aren't as well since they aren't really for profit and are more about the workers then the product and they let each worker decide what the syndicate should do in an equal democratic vote it's definitely more stable than other anarchist beliefs but unbridled democracy in that way is still kinda stupid
