Guess I should do a bit of lore.
Suichiro is technically Jason's half-brother (it's a whole other can of worms I'll touch on eventually), and is the main accountant for the Thunderbolts, a private military group. Despite having the job that requires the most intelligence, he isn't exactly the brightest bulb in the box (he got his job out of nepotism)
