Depends, what do those two stand for?
I only know the word smut, so assume fluff means the opposite.

Fluff is soft business - no freaky stuff, just comfort and stuff that makes one feel like they’re about to melt from cuteness (unlike smut, which some people can read poker-faced with nerves of steel)
BL is another way of saying yaoi
GL is another way of saying yuri

Okay, so I'm not really a fan of neither of the last two. Not because I dislike any of it, I just never really got into it and am kinda new to the whole thing. I only random heard the them yaoi from a video, either description or comment, and just know it has to do with guys being rather close.
