Any. I use Scratch to Vectorize, and I hand-draw the character limbs.

Nah. I only do that to characters' assets. Anything else I hand-draw. Limbs, eyes, mouth.

its just that the pen tool looks really bad on scratch and those other softwares

so if you want crisper design (especially on your logo, that has to look good) use line tools or something

that why i recommend line or shaprr tools to keep that level of quality everywhere
