here is my proof

in pikmin one, the final boss is the emperor bulblax, which has 30,000 HP. considering olimar has a full team of red pikmin, or 100 red pikmin, he does 100dmg per second until they are shaken off (takes roughly 15 seconds) so a full team of red pikmin do 1,500 dmg every cycle. this means that in only 20 attacks they kill the final boss, dealing 30,000 HP, and to kill the knight (7,300 HP) it would take five cycles, which would only take a fraction of the fifteen minutes you get per day in pikmin. if olimar has yellow pikmin and give every single one of them a bomb rock, the battle is shortened greatly. bomb rocks do 40 damage every hit, so if everything hits, you only have 3,300 health left. after everything hits, the yellow pikmin whittle down the knights health down to 0 in 3 cycles (4 total). if this is pikmin 4, the version of pikmin up to date, purple pikmin can pick up bomb rocks now. whittling down your health down to 3,300 with the bomb rocks, it takes 2 cycles to kill you. if you are in a cave, you can perform a glitch to make your pikmin count go up by 20 (specifically in the cave "Subterranean Swarm" from the area "Primordial Thicket). combine this with the punch that olimar has, the knight's health will be whittled down in just one turn. because pikmin that are on you cannot be attacked (they can be eaten but you have no visible mouth), the knight will have to tank the damage. olimar does not have a specified number of health but it takes around 10 hits without any gear purchased from russ to kill olimar (by any enemy), and around 15 with all gear purchased. the amount of times you can get hit in the fight with the roaring knight in the first turn is 2, meaning the knight would have to hit olimar 13 more times, which is impossible in a single turn (unless you are baltihazard or boosted by karma). against olimar with a full pikmin squad, bomb rocks, and full gear, the roaring knight, the proclaimed bringer of hells roar by an ancient prophecy, the one who plunges his hand into the earth and rising the fountains, is so, so, so, so, so fucked. | image tagged in long blank white | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

Counterpoint: hp in different games might vary. Not to mention the size difference. Olimar and the Pikmin are only a few inches tall, so if the Knight was about the same size, they would probably deal massive damage to the fraud. However, the Roaring Knight is approximately 8 feet tall. In Pikmin health units, I would say that the Knight's hp would be at least a hundred or a thousand times what we see in Deltarune. Likewise, if Olimar and the Pikmin were the size of the fun gang, they'd take on the fraud easily, like you said. It's a neat thought, though.

Emperor bulblax is a roach confronted to the knight.
ALSO!!! THE KNIGHT CAN FLY, SO OLIMAR WOULDN'T REACH THEM UNLESS WITH FLYING PIKMINS, WHICH ARE WAYYYYYYY WEAKER

counterpoint:
the knight doesnt fly, he hovers.

olimar can deal with flying entities regardless
