Red: indicates a parameter that needs fixed immediately (broken bones, torn tendons/muscles, major suit punctures, very low suit power, etc.)
Yellow: Indicates a parameter that needs attention soon (sprains, fractures, small holes in suit, low suit power, etc.)
Green: Indicates that the parameter is a-okay.

The person display shows the user's and the suit's condition. The stick figure inside represents the user, with the above color code applying. Green means nothing serious is wrong with this body part, yellow means there is an injury that's not critical, and red means there is a critical injury. The outline indicates the suit's condition in that area, with green being an intact suit area, yellow being a damaged but functional area, and red indicating a severely degraded area of the suit.

The battery indicator shows how much power the suit has left. It's green from 100%-50%, yellow from 49%-26%, and red from 25% down. That's pretty much it.

The A.M.S. (automatic medical systems) display indicates the status of the suit's medical systems (which in my AU are a lot more complex than painkillers and maybe a little antidote). In my AU, the suit can:
1. Administer nutrition, antidotes, and healing juice stored in a small tank
2. Inject morphine (would it even be an HEV suit without morphine?)
3. Chemically cauterize puncture wounds when safe to do so (i.e. not inside internal organs where a scab would do more harm than good)
4. Act as a dialysis machine to filter out toxins from the blood
5. Defibrilate the user if all else fails
The A.M.S. display shows what functions are active, and if the user's vitals are at dangerous levels, will display that as well as some advice on what to do.

The ammo counter is the exact same with the exception that it changes colors to warn of low ammo, like in HL2.

The weapon selection is the same.
