The best thing to do is make it a template yourself. It’ll be in the system then. If you want to say something about it to one of the mods just mention it to them in the comments section of one of your next meme submissions.

You probably already know about this. When you upload the image from your device it asks you if you want to submit the image to be a template. Then you have to fill out info about the nature of the template. I’m not sure if you already know about that or not. Once you submit it as a template other people have the opportunity to use it and it will become accessible to anyone else who wants to use it.
