for example, MC won't be able to activate his "Center Point of ALL Sources" Form for 30 chapters straight after his fight with N0-V1/Kurokage due to releasing overwhelming power of UTV. Well actually, if MC gets blinded by rage he would lose his power instantly after the fight.

also, they (UTV characters) are extremely nerfed when they're in normal fiction spheres (take current MC and Nova as examples) in order to have a fair fight against the characters in the normal fiction sphere, well except for UTV villain characters (N0-V1/Kurokage as an example)

oh, it's because of the cosmology differences between the normal fiction spheres and the ULTIMATEVERSE itself, the characters in UTV cannot do the "one-shot" stuff against other UTV characters.
because of those concerns, I made the "Diversity Narrative" part of the ULTIMATEVERSE where the cosmology is almost the same as D.C/Marvel/SCP (can be higher or lower, depends on the lore of each Sub-Narratives that are in Diversity Narrative)
