Its blood and genetics, thats why if you have black blood you cant have priesthood even if your skin is white

"white" is not really something related to skin color, like I said it's a racial label some people just happened to decide on. it's got nothing to do with blood and genetics for the same reason. there isn't a race named "white" and never has been.
