Fair enough. At the same time, all of our food contains contaminants. For example, grocery store bread is full of chemicals, and the nutrients that bread would normally contain have been largely removed from modern bread. So make your own, right? I do. But the the flour itself, even unbleached and organic, has been so modified that it still isn't as healthy as bread from 100 years ago. But, it's the best I can do, and I think it is worth the effort
