I should note that this is NOT a Nazi OC as some people have suggested. The universe is set in a timeline where Hitler either dies in WWI or finds another path, leading to Germany remaining democratic. During the Great Depression, France, Russia, and Italy take advantage of instability and declare war on Germany.
