*Kiri walked to the door to her apartment. She looked concerned.*

“B-Benjamin?- It’s late, and it’s raining… What brings you here so late?-“

*She already had an idea of what was going on, but she wanted it to be something more positive for once.*

“You already know. Scott kicked me out again. Woke up in a mood and decided he wants me gone

*she sighed*
“What reason this time?-“

(Asher laughed softy leaning against the doorframe) “Cmon in idiot, you know your always welcomed here, I’ll set the coffee pot.”

“Thanks man.” *He sighed,* “I dunno what Scott’s problem is this time.”

(She chuckled softy) “He’s just an asshole. What happened this time?”

*Benny rolled his eyes,* “He woke up in a mood. Decided to yell at me for ‘doing nothing all day.’ It was like 8:00 in the morning. Like motherf**ker, I just woke up.”

“It’s every day with him, man ‘Nyeh nyeh nyeh! Oh you’re such a bum!! Get a job! Do something with your life! Oh you have potential why don’t you do something with it!?’ Like oh my god shut up for one day.”

(Violet gave Benny and cup of coffee before pouring her own cup) “you do know you always got a place here. Heck, I could even use I new roommate.”

“Me too.” *He groaned,* “and I bet you five bucks I get a ‘text from Scott saying oh I’m sorry I know it’s hard for you to find a job blah blah blah.’”

(She nodded) “Give me your phone.” (She grabbed it and deleted Scott’s contact) “You live here now.”

*A twinge of guilt made itself clear in the way he squinted his eyes at his phone.*

“I appreciate it, man, but I don’t think…I don’t think Scott would be okay without me.” *He cringed,* “he’s not the most..yknow…” *It was a struggle to find a good word that wouldn’t be too offensive.*

“He’s not really…okay? I mean he is, but like- not on his own. He’s just…a little..a little unstable…I think.”

Aren’t we all? The pandemic messed us up. Scott included. But before that he’s just an asshole. But, I can get your things for you, don’t worry.”

“He is, but…cmon, Vi…he raised me, he’s an asshole but..” *He rubbed his own face,* “I…I know why he is if that makes sense-?”

It’s because you think you can fix him. (She grabbed her keys to her car) I’ll be back.

“Okay?! Just grab his stuff and get, I’m- I’m busy!” *Scott sighed, his shoulders rising to compensate for the sinking hole in his stomach.*

(She peeked out of his room and was standing behind Scott) whatcha doing?

“Cooking.” *He spun a whisk in a bowl full of batter,* “making…waffles. I thought you were taking all of his stuff and leaving?”

It’s already in the car. (She hoisted herself on the counter) Why have you been such an asshole lately?

*He scoffed,* “None’a’yer damn business!”

(She smacked the back of his head before walking out)

*He did NOT like her like that. He mumbled something about the cops but didn’t give her any more reaction.*

(Violet got into her car and texted Benny) “Got your stuff AND assaulted your brother. Pretty good visit in all.”

“lol.” *he was a dry ass texter

(Wait is Ash and Violet the same person or are there two people here)

*Ben simply cringed as he watched her go.*

(They are the same person, mb!!!! Asher is nonbinary, their real name is Violet.)

(Oh, Lowk not to be like too woke but if you have a trans character or like meet a trans person, usually you JUST call them by their new name)

(Like for example im a trans man, and my name is Milo. I’m not telling you my deadname, because you don’t need to know. Whenever you agree to call me by my real name, which is Milo, you can’t switch it up. As it doesn’t carry the same weight as just a simple nickname, where you can switch between a nickname and their real name whenever you want. A preffered name and a deadname has an entire different Y’know weight to it as instead of an alteration to your “real” name, it just is your new real name.)

(Thanks and sorry about that, I recently have figured out I am non binary and I don’t like my real name, it’s too girlie for me..I’ve always preferred Asher.)
