Well it can be stupid for a number of reasons: 1. As we plunge into what seems to be never-ending nostalgia, creativity would drop like flies. 2. We also have peer pressure, which unfortunately brings mental illnesses along with it (or at least according to K1TSUN3). 3. New memes/trends not related to such reset may rise, because the reset is a trend from TikTok 4. Going back to the old memes would remove the whole point, because some people hated those memes back in 2016. So in summary, the meme reset may not work because it may lower creativity, cause peer pressure, prevent new trends that have meaning, and delete the purpose of why those memes were popular back then. (Yeah sorry I know you'll probably not read all of this because of how long it is, I'm just saying)
